My name is Gandharvi

Born in the land of colors, chaos, and spices – India – I’ve spent most of my life surrounded by its vibrant culture and deep-rooted traditions. Over the last few years, life (and work) gave me the incredible opportunity to step beyond borders – first to the lively warmth of Brazil, and then to four amazing years in the heart of Europe, Berlin. Now, I’m back in India, carrying with me a suitcase full of memories, lessons, and stories.

Professionally, I’ve spent over two decades building a career in HR, working with global teams and helping people thrive in the workplace. It’s a space where I get to mix strategy with empathy – and I love it. I’m passionate about people, growth, and building meaningful connections, whether it’s through mentoring, coaching, or a good conversation over coffee.

Speaking of coffee – I’m a self-proclaimed foodie who’s just as excited about a cup of chai as I am about a glass of wine. I adore trying new cuisines and exploring the world through its food. While I wouldn’t call myself creative in the traditional sense, photography gives me that quiet sense of joy – capturing fleeting moments, whether on digital or film.

I’m a planner by nature (yes, spreadsheets for everything!) and a traveler by heart – which means I’m always dreaming about my next destination while keeping the details firmly organized.
